Di Lullo’s dried soups stem from our pasta makers’ wish to combine tradition and modernity. Our legume dried soups are the best and easiest way to taste a genuine and traditional recipe, even when there isn’t much time to spend in the kitchen.

In our product bag you will find and the necessary ingredients to make a healthy and quick meal: the best quality pasta, beans or chickpeas, vegetable broth, porcini mushrooms, tomatoes, and other vegetables.

These ingredients are typical of the Queen of Abruzzo’s cuisine: the bean soup with sagne, cooked in a brothy tomato sauce. Sagne or sagnette are a special kind of pasta made from durum wheat flour and water, a simple, ancient dish that will take you back to the roots of the Italian cookery tradition.

Preparation: add 4 cups (800 cl) of cold water and 2 spoons of Extra Virgin olive oil to the mix. Cook for 6-10 minutes, sprinkle with pepper or grated parmesan and serve.
